Your Swarmed dashboard is your central hub for managing swarm alerts, claims, and rescue activity. This guide walks you through every section and tool.

Dashboard Overview

Once logged in, your dashboard gives you a live view of swarm activity in your area and access to your account settings.

Dashboard Filters & Sorting

Your dashboard automatically organizes swarm reports to help you respond efficiently.

Default view: Available (unclaimed) swarms appear first at the top of your dashboard, followed by all other reports in reverse chronological order (newest first).

Filter options: Click the "Filters" button to access additional controls:

• Newest First (default) - Most recent reports appear first
• Oldest First - Earliest reports appear first
• Status filter - Filter by Available, Claimed, or Unavailable

Search functionality: Use the search bar to find specific reports by city name or beekeeper name. For example, searching "Oakland" shows all swarms reported in Oakland.

Swarm Status Indicators

Each swarm report displays a colored status badge:

Available (Yellow) The swarm is unclaimed and ready for you to claim. These appear at the top of your dashboard by default.

Unavailable (Gray) This swarm is no longer available. Common reasons include:

• The report was claimed by another beekeeper
• The reporter deleted the report
• It's been more than 1 week with no one claiming the report (automatically marked unavailable)
