Your Swarmed dashboard is your central hub for managing swarm alerts, claims, and rescue activity. This guide walks you through every section and tool.
Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, your dashboard gives you a live view of swarm activity in your area and access to your account settings.
Swarm Report List View
- A sortable, searchable list of all swarm reports in your area since you joined.
- Filter by distance, report time, or swarm size.
- By default, new swarms appear at the top, and are collapsed automatically after 24 hours. Swarms that go unclaimed are removed after 24 hours.
Swarm Impact Metrics
- For each of your claimed swarms, Swarmed calculates:
- Estimated number of bees saved (based on size).
- Approximate honey production potential.
- Estimated flowers pollinated.
- Estimated cost savings compared to buying bees as a package.
- We also display a daily swarm likelihood alongside your local daily weather conditions. The likelihood barometer is based on local weather patterns, swarm research, past data, and time of year.
Settings
Manage your:
- Notification radius.
- Preferred contact method (SMS, WhatsApp, email).
- Association memberships (join or leave groups).
- Account info.
You can pause notifications anytime or opt to receive only AI verified reports confirmed to be bees and or reports that we believe to be cutouts.
