Step 1: Custom Registration & Reporting Links
- Swarmed will create a unique registration form for your association.
- This ensures members who sign up through your link are correctly tagged to your group.
- Existing Swarmed users can also join your association by entering a code in their account settings.

- No manual spreadsheet management for you.
Step 2: Embedding the Swarm Reporting Form
- Swarmed provides you with an embed code to add a “Report a Swarm” form directly to your website.
- The form is branded with your association’s logo and name.
- Reports submitted via your form are routed to your members.
- You can choose whether these swarms are visible only to your members, or also shared to the broader Swarmed network if no one claims them.
